I thought my NES would look sweet on it, but I forgot to get those HDMI cables from Best Buy. Oh well, now I'm stuck with this TV.

T.V size has to match the size of the living space. 50" is perfect for me. 80" would probably make me go blind.

This. I've got a friend who lives in an apartment....and went out and bought a 55" TV. Dude is seriously sitting 3 feet away from his TV. Fucking stupid...

3 years. That's how they pay for the R&D,marketing, and low volume component costs. Spike the price high at launch until they build enough volume to buy the parts cheaper. Took them 3 years to become profitable with PS3. Same here, except they may never make a profit in the TV biz again.
