you would think they'd have to punt at least once. Fuck you.

For awhile it reminded me of Greg Robinson's bend but don't break defense of '03 vs. the Colts in the playoffs. But now they have broken.

It actually isn't the 32 defense. Three other teams allowed as many points, or more... so far. Arena ball is here.

4 starters and the #3 CB out as well. I was hoping they'd show better than they did but Atlanta made then pay.

Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems to me our dbs and lbs never contest a pass, no matter who they play it just looks like a game of catch.

Going from an All Pro pass rusher and fringe legit Pro Bowler to street trash will do that. As does a hobbled All Pro LB.

Still, it shouldn't have been THAT bad. How embarrasing to get asses handed to them in ANOTHER home opener.

it was a terrible matchup

Atlanta's strength is passing the pass
our pass defense was killed by injury/suspension

only remember 1 pass defense by Routt

other than that nobody was usually even close

I'm not sure our defense isn't killed by philosophy, they always seem to play way off of the recievers.
