From a depth standpoint, not having Toribio hurts but from a development standpoint for Poe? This is a good thing.

Only way to learn is to play.

The Kansas City Chiefs have ruled out four players for Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills and Brandon Flowers is listed as questionable.

The following players have already been ruled out: Anthony Toribio, Kendrick Lewis, Allen Bailey and Devon Wyile. Those first three missed last week's game. This will be Wylie's first missed game (his second career game).

Flowers is questionable but he says he's going to play, which will be the first time he's suited up this season. Jalil Brown is questionable as well. He was questionable last week and ended up playing a little special teams.

Obviously the big name on here is Flowers. As long as he plays I think the Chiefs are going to be in good shape injury wise.

they have a better chance to get a W with Flowers no doubt.
but the Outcome of that Bills game at Arrowhead last season tells me otherwise.

JFC that game means nothing right now. The league has so many variables week to week, year to year. It's meaningless to dwell on that game.

Allen Bailey is an awful pick, BTW.

Because he's situational?

That's how this team rolls, bree. McCluster. Arenas. Bailey. Menzie. We get a huge kick out of selecting guys who do only one or two things well (and for some of them that's a stretch).

Yeah, those guys have more of a likelihood of sticking around and contributing, but it kind of kills your depth when your starter goes down and all you have are midget corners and converted safeties.

For all the CBs we've drafted, only one (Jalil Brown) was ever drafted with the idea of letting him be a starting CB if he became good enough.

Even then, though, Bailey's not a shitty pick.

Tell me where he was beaten out by Rapetitties? Rapetitty is a rotational guy. Bailey is situational. He plays on 3rd down and in passing situations.

And he can't get on the field because he's injured.

No, rape a titty is the third-down nickel rusher alongside Poe now. He had 20 pass-rush snaps last week. (and did shit, Pioli fail)

He stole Bailey's job.

That's why Bailey was third team behind Rape a titty after preseason.

Hali facing off against a rookie left tackle that should probably be a NFL guard.

Their secondary should be outmatched...as our receivers and tight ends are WAYYY better than their secondary can handle.

Their ONLY chance is their DL destroying our OL and consistently turning Cassel to goo with pressure.

I think our defense has enough to limit their offense to UNDER 300 total yards.

We will need 200 yards rushing to beat Buffalo. That's what it took in 2010, and we won only because Buffalo missed a FG in OT, and Eric Berry saved the day at the end of regulation with an INT.

Just so we're clear:

Cassel has to throw for more than 224 yards.

QB rating has to be greater than 84.1

Chiefs have to score more than 13 points.

Cassel needs more than 1 TD pass.

ALL OF THOSE must be fulfilled.

I think this is gonna be a rough game for us run blocking.

Kyle Williams is a tough matchup for our young interior.

I'm betting we come out a little conservative and run the ball a lot, though. I don't like Mario vs Albert.

We are gonna attack the Bills differently than we attacked Atlanta.

Atlanta was speed everywhere, but weak in the middle.

The Bills are strong up the middle and are good defending certain routes, but they can be effectively attacked in certain ways.

I EXPECT us to run a lot of perimeter and off tackle runs while also throwing outside the numbers and on slants quite a bit to loosen up the coverage and open up run lanes by forcing the backers to drop more than they would like...I also expect our swing and screen game to come to life, as well.
