Get back with me after the 2013 draft.

As it stands now? No.

Whether people want to acknowledge it or not, Pioli has built a talented team. The coaching and QB decisions he's made has been his downfall. There should be at least 4 QBs, with the possibility of more (although I don't think the JRs declare), that can be a reasonable and likely option in the 1st round.

If we are left with Cassel and Stanzi post-draft, can his ass.

Asamoah and Hudson got fucking owned yesterday.

Both were major "feathers" in Pioli's "cap" this offseason.

I'm trying to think of any defender we have that made a play yesterday, and I'm coming up with Brandon Flowers breaking up one pass. That's it.

I'm exhausted by this shit. I'm tired of the hype and I want some fucking results. I was all about Pioli, but I've seen nothing from this stellar executive. I want a new GM, who has his own approach and isn't concerned with a system he merely had a hand in building. I want an organization that relishes in itself. The fact that we are considered to have a foundation built on a "supposed system" of another team speaks volumes. Where the fuck are the Kansas City Chiefs collectively? I want someone to grow US! I want someone to build something that is inherently red and gold, and so legions of other diluted owners can attempt to pilfer from "our tree". I want a regime that exemplifies a new "Chief's Way." So yeah, I want him out, RAC out, Cassel out, fuck em, I need a new fix.

I hate to say it, but you're right. When all else goes wrong, your team looks to their QB to hoist them on his shoulders and carry them to victory, or die trying. Our QB lays down...literally. When that play happened yesterday, it broke my spirit. Never should a QB lay down. Run, or be a man and take the hit, don't cower like a giant quivering vagina. Cassel solidified my hate for him yesterday.

What move has Pioli made here as a GM that makes you go... "GD, we are lucky to have Pioli as our GM, because there is no other GM in the NFL who could have pulled off that move?"

I can not think of one single one. Not one. And that was the bill of goods that we were sold.

No, we do not need to start over. But he really has not built a team that goes above and beyond anything that any other GM in the league couldn't have done, given that the best players on the team today were already here on their starting day on the job.

I didn't say they need to rebuild. I asked what move Pioli has made in his time here that any other GM could not have made? We were sold a bill of goods that said he was one of the best in a long time. So what move has he made that shows his brilliance for the position? I can not think of one single one that makes me think he is a cut above the rest.

Let's see, here is my evaluation:

-His drafts have been mediocre to poor(but leaning more towards the poor side). He hasn't really added an impact player(well, if you want to consider Berry, but he was a no brainer at the time when he picked him.)

-His philosophy of the "right 53" is distorted. That tells me he is not here to necessarily get the best talent available. If thats the case, how could you ever expect your team to be good?

-Drafting a 5 tech DE with the 5th overall pick and trying to show the world that you could possibly have another Seymour on your hands is flat out stupid.

-He has failed to hire a good coach since he got here. Which also sucks.

-Ever since he took over the Chiefs have been cheaper than ever. And he always tries to look for that bargain . Which is a crock. He is so focused on getting the best value necessary for a player more than anything rather then shelling out the money to actually land the best talent available in FA. Not sure if that is on him or ownership though? But his mentality definately contributes to the team being cheap.

-WORST of all, his loyalty and faith to an average to piss poor QB is the main reason why he should be fired.

*Plus his record so far since he took over is 21-29. And I anticipate that record to get worse. He is in his 4th year and this is the year teams should take off in their rebuilding process. I think he inherited a pretty talented team when he got here but failed to expand on that. The Pioli project is a big failure. I do not think he is the root of the problem though BUT he still is a big part of the problem no question. Put me on the wagon for having him fired.

2007 & 2008?

What you saw was a product of the team he was given. He made a few good choices that made him look respectable, but as time went on the Chiefs got worse, not better. There was a bump in production there when DV showed, but again the team disintegrated after those FA players retired.

The years of 2007 & 2008 were some of the worst, if not the worst years of football for the Chiefs. They were horrible and no coach would have made that team play good football.

I wanted him fired when he didn't try for RGIII.

2007 & 2008?

That's 2 years, not 4.

That's 2 years, not 4.

Not if you count 2007 & 2008 twice.

Actually it's six consecutive years of crap from my view.

this team needs to scratch the Patriot Way and hire a GM, a Real Coaching Staff and get

Fuck Cassel. He has to go.

yep.

We've never been closer to having a QBoTF as we were last year. Three 1st round picks for RG3? I would easily give that up.

If we are left with Cassel and Stanzi post-draft, can his ass.

You see, the fact that we have to question whether or not that will happen is why I want his ass gone.

He should have had the foresight to see that Cassel wasn't the guy when he was with him in NE. Then to give him $60 mil and a 4 year leash is triceratops shit.

Pretty good take.
