For any bikers on the planet, this is a great cause. This Saturday, 10/6. Registration is from 1pm-3pm. Leave at 3:30. Bring as many toys as you can haul on your bike!

For the past 14 years, Exide assembly operator Michael Bergen has teamed up with his motorcycle-riding friends to ensure that thousands of disadvantaged children in the Kansas City area receive presents and are able to have a Merry Christmas.
Twice a year - in the spring and fall- "Michael Bergen's Night Train Toy Run" of motorcycle riders travels through Kansas and Missouri, collecting toys and cash donations for the upcoming holiday season. Then, during several nights in December, Bergen and his band of bikers set up Santa's workshop in a local restaurant for a gift-wrapping party. We hope to see you there!
If we do not Hand to the Hearts of our children,
then who will mend the hearts of us when we are old.

Sounds like a great thing they're doing. Too bad I didn't know about this sooner as it's too late for me to do this.
