Knowmo may be right, Denver could be a top 4 AFC Team!!!! Too bad that's still pretty shitty.

As long as other shitty teams keep winning, i really don't care who makes it.

You all laugh now... but when the Chiefs sneak into the playoffs at 7-9, Pioli will have the last laugh!

2-14 got us the 3rd pick.

We are going to get fucked again. There will be a 5 way tie of 1-15 teams and we will pick 5.

They are in much better shape than we are. I talked to a Browns fan today who felt bad for me as a Chiefs fan. That's when you know you've hit rock bottom.

It was the Chiefs natural luck to go 2-14 the same year Detroit goes 0-16. There will never be a first overall pick for the Chiefs.

didnt 2-14 get us Tyson Jackson

i expect 1-15 gets us another LSU D-lineman again

I bet we beat the Raiders at least once. And they'll definitely win another game they shouldn't win, they always do. Seems like we do this every other year... everybody starts throwing out 1-15's and 2-14's and the team wins 6-8 games.

Not all of them will take a QB.

That said, they'll stupid their way into a few wins.

Personally I could care less who wins or loses as long as those who finish with a worse record than us do not need a QB.

Except then you have to worry about someone trading ahead of us. It's safer just to lock down that first pick naturally.

I think the Chiefs can turn this thing around much like they did last year. They won't win the division but they will give you something to cheer for late in the year.

I think we're looking at 4-5 wins.....just enough to be rewarded with a lineman of some sort.

If they don't lose every game for the rest of the season, then it isn't a god damn thing they do that will be worth cheering for.

Now go suck on a big ol' Elway dog, and shut the fuck up.

LMAO On halftime of Sunday night football Dungy and Rodney Harrison pretty much just said every team in the AFC sucks. Although to be fair they were pretty much saying there's not a single team that looks like a Super Bowl caliber team at this point across the league. Harrison said Atlanta but Dungy wasn't sold on them either.

we are so fucked if Pioli is around come draft time next year because the big board is loaded with tons of highly ranked d-lineman next year that Pioli has a hard on for drafting

2 guys in Mel's top 5 are from LSU. Fucked. We are fucked.

Easier to fathom now that they don't have Crennel and Quinn.

Original post updated. It actually happened. Only two AFC teams have a winning record... and one of them just lost half their defense today. Fear the American Football Conference!

The NFC West has more winning teams than the entire AFC.

Clark just gave Pioli an extension because after losing 5 of their first 6, they're still in the playoff race

I will be impressed if Baltimore can do it without Ray Lewis. He is the heart of that team.

There are going to be two teams that will pull away the second half of the season. Right now my money is on N.E. and Denver. Could be Pittsburgh too if Mendenhall comes back healthy and productive. Houston will be there in the end as well.

Also it should be noted that out of the top 6 AFC right now, Schaub is the only one that hasn't won a playoff game. The other 5 have.

Good news! There are now 3 teams in the AFC with a winning record. However, there is now literally a one game difference between the 3 and 12 seeds in the AFC. The Chiefs are still only two games out of a division or wild card spot.

lol. I said some time last year that winning the AFCW was nothing to brag about untill the division gets good. It's got to be the worst in the NFL.

I don't really give a shit about winning division titles. Super Bowls are all that matter. You guys were stoked as hell when you won the division in 2010. You even had a cute little banner at the top of the site that said 2010 AFCW Champions.

Growing up as a Bronco fan I never thought about division titles. I always thought it was a given Denver would win the division.
