There is a lot of football to be played, I am just tired of my fellow KSU fans bitching about us not getting a chance at the NC game. If they win out, it will happen.

I am just feeling dejavu from 98'. Sky was the limit, but they shit all overthemselves when it counted the most.

I was at the young age of 20, enjoying some White Russians watching the game at home.

After seeing UCLA miss a FG to lose the game, the NC game was ours.

Fell asleep when the game looked like it was safe, woke up at the end of regulation.

It's difficult for them to overcome mistakes this year, but overcoming 6 of them is just impossible. Georgia should have blown us out today.

It's probably because they show up in the preseason rankings every single year, jump 10 spots if they win a game, but never live up to the hype and get media coverage like they win a BCS bowl every season. Of course, "it's not Notre Dame's fault, but you can't really blame people for being skeptical.

Like I said though, I think they're legit this year.... finally.

Fair enough, I can respect that. I prefer that argument better than the standard "ND sucks" or "ND hasn't beaten anybody" etc..... I think ND very well could be playing for the NC if they win out. This will also be subject to how far USC falls and whether they beat Oregon or not.

They are incredible. They have BIG bodies at every position, and rarely have to blitz because of their speed, power, and depth on the line.

All that I can think of is beating them deep downfield, and having a Tebow-like plays for grinding out the hard yards.

KSU has the speed at WR to compete with Bama on the outside, but I don't think they have the strength to get off the jams or Klein would get the time to let the play develop deep.

Don't get me started on Bama's offense. They punch you in the face with runs then hit you deep. Fundamentally they are perfect.

notorious

The teams that have had success against the juggernaut known as Bama both had power running QB's and offenses based directly off of Snyder's system.

Florida had more talent at nearly every position than KSU, with Auburn being slightly better.

Its not always about talent when you are talking about real power option football. Tom Frazier teams didnt have more NFL talent than Kordel stewarts Colorado teams, Or Miami & Warren Sapp. Or Fla -st & Charlie Ward Or Florida & Danny Kannel.
