God damn. Pioli should be fired just because Peyton Manning passed on us. That is reason enough. It's sad watching him with the Broncos.

Marty Castle needs to say "Hurry, Hairy" like Peyton does.

Then he would be set.

What's funny is that we're better than the Broncos at literally every position on offense. We'd have a top 5 offense right now with him.

GloryDayz: I hope all of you find success in the NFL from the QB class in this year's draft.

Keep up the good fight - The press is on your side.

It seems like every day I read another article about how bad Scott Pioli has failed this organization.

I'll never quit... It's just getting more difficult to have a retard like Hunt be so out-thought than the likes of a Pat Bowlen that it's sickening... Just goes to show how F'd up life is with silver-spoon babies like Clark!

Oh well, good night. Gotta spend the better part of the week in Houston. Nice, another city that it's represented by fail from their football team! Ugh!

This is what I don't understand - With the Giants, Spags used to rush four - and was very big on pressure - Always had great schemes and the Giants hardly blitzed -

After watching this game - I'm glad we have Perry Fewell as out DC.

Spags had a shit load of talent on the defensive line in NY.

He's got dick for talent in NO to work with.

You'd take Thomas, Decker, Dreessen, and Tamme, over Bowe, Baldwin, Breaston, Boss, and Moeaki?

Whoa. Baldwin is better than who, exactly? Using him as an example of how the Chiefs are superior to anyone is hilarious.

Bowe is the only great player in the receiving corps for the Chiefs, and Thomas is outplaying him right now. Decker is too, actually.

Exactly a coach is only as good as his players. Players make coaches and coaches make great players elite.

How would you characterize it? All three of them have 3 TDs, but Thomas and Decker both have more yards, more YAC, more catches, more yards per catch, all with a lot fewer targets than Bowe.

I was very careful not to say they are better than Bowe, but they are outplaying him.

It would be interesting to see PGM try to explain this one. So far, according to PGM, Manning sucks and can't throw the ball. Also, Thomas and Decker aren't all that great. So he pretty much has to admit that Manning really is very good, or the WR's are good, or both. I'd guess that he'll continue to blindly homer on though.

Fuck it. I am glad you guys are good. It not only shows how much bigger of a failure Pioli is, but Denver is strengthening our loathed division.

We need every team to become strong again, but Denver is the only one that's actually doing what it takes.

That's hilarious. You've got an avatar making fun of Manning for his inability to throw the ball effectively. Yet you argue that the Broncos don't have decent talent on the O and that Manning is just making everyone look good. And you have the gall to call someone else a homer? Spin...spin...spin...

Manning has obviously been better than I thought especially raising the level of play of those two slapdicks. I can admit I was hilariously wrong about what level of play he'd be at this year. I've been meaning to change the avy for weeks, but been too lazy.

I think Manning has definitely raised the level of play of those around him, but I think it's silly to suggest that he and he alone is the sole reason that both Thomas and Decker are playing well.

Those WRs may not be elite at this point, but they're both very good and they have great potential. I don't care if either of them is a better 'skill' player or better WR than Bowe or anyone else... I do believe they're not generically average.

Those two guys have a lot of talent and they're finally playing with a QB that knows how to get it out of them. If you put Eli or Brady on the Chiefs, those WRs would certainly play much better. Would they be better than Denver's WRs? I dunno, and it doesn't really matter - these guys are producing and playing very well. That's really all that does matter.

I can't recall the stat, but I think the Broncos are tied or leading the league with 20+ yard pass plays... Thomas is up there on the list with Decker not far behind. There's some dink and dunk, but there's an awful lot of long passes going for big gains too.

I can say this with 100% confidence, you can tell the Broncos brass so want to win and have a good solid plan.

so ****ing what?

Steve Breaston as the WR2 caught 61 balls last year with that SAME SLAPPY AT QB and TYLER PALKO and ORTON

Baldwin is not even coming close to that, because he is awful

Define "great"? You mean HOF potential or a few pro bowls?

I'm not saying that either of them are Calvin Johnson in the making... I'd be happy with Rod Smith and Ed McCaffery Part Deux.

How bad would KC have to be before you would admit that you've substantially over estimated their talent level? Would they need to get beat by a college team? A high school team? Because that's about the only way they could be proven to be much worse than we know them to be now.

And Thomas is the number three receiver statistically in the league now, with a bye. He's produced more yards than receivers with Rodgers throwing to them, or Brees or Rothlesburger or the other Manning. He's really good, even compared to people playing for other great qb's.

I have couple buddies that were athletes with DT at GT and I think highly of DT.

That being said, he will not be Rod Smith IMO. That guy (Smith) is excruciatingly underrated.

Decker has the chance to produce at similar levels of McCaffery and regardless of me being a Chiefs fan, I hope he can achieve it. Physically, he is very similar (little shorter) but I think that with Peyton, the Broncos have 2 very serviceable WRs that will likely plague the AFC if Peyton can produce for 4 more years.

What's funny is that we're better than the Broncos at literally every position on offense. We'd have a top 5 offense right now with him.

Honestly...this is depressing.

He's very different from Smith. I don't think he will ever be as good technically as Smith. But he has a lot more physical talent.

I've already done that dumbass. That doesn't change the fact that Bowe is a damn talented reciever that has put up outstanding numbers in his career even with jack and shit behind center.
