you mean inherits a good team like Phil Emery did and all he has to do is make one impact risky buy low trade and draft BPA for his first draft and fields a competitive squad?

I wouldn't mind Farmer... he was here before Pioli came. I don't see him stuck in the Pioli/Patriot way. If he opened the franchise back up to the fan base, that would be a huge step forward.

To be honest I wouldn't mind firing Pioli now and promoting Farmer to at least finish out the season.
