I know a few on here have it.

Holy.shit. The customer service fucking sucks!

I signed up for the Online internet radio 14.99 a month I was told by the sales rep I would get NFL Sirius XM Channel 88.

So I log on and can't fucking get it. I'm then told the only way I can get it is if I buy the stupid fucking car player.

Is this true? How are you guys getting NFL Siriusxm?

I was a customer of Sirius Satellite before the Sirius/XM merge. Ever since then, their customer service has sucked rotten cock.

Can't help you with the internet question. I only have it in the car. Good luck.

The first asshole was a Jamaican dude he offered me a radio for 10 bucks. I declined.

The 2nd lady offered me one for 39.99

The "Manager" offered me one for 49.99

Fuck these people. I cancelled my account an hour after getting it but the funny thing is the music is still playing on my computer.

These guys make Scott Pioli and Time Warner Cable look brilliant.

I had Sirius on my phone through their app for about a year which included the online player and I don't ever remember having the NFL channel.

I agree their customer service it terrible. If you cancel, make sure you get a confirm#. My sister had Sirius too and had called and cancelled and they still tried to charge her for the next cycle. She didn't have a confirm# and it was hell for her to get her money back.

And yes, You actually have to call and cancel. There is no online option, because the company sucks.

All of this. I'm a big O&A fan, if not for that I would not have XM Sirius. Two members of my family had the same problem canceling that is mentioned above.

Customer service is a thing of the past across the board these days, especially with big companies. They figure for every customer they lose there's another sucker lined up to give them their money.

The do have the worst customer service ever. There is no close second. I got the Internet package before I got it on my car. At that time every channel was on there. If you have a smartphone download that app. That's the way I always used it. I never logged it they the PC much.

I only had it for Howard Stern.

I have it and I absolutely love it. I tried to get a second radio for my wife's car for Mother's Day a few years ago. I called several times and I couldn't get anyone on the phone who was competent enough to take my order. That's the only time I've ever needed to call their customer service so it's no big deal to me.

As bad as they are, I'll never go without it. The product is just too good.

I hate that douche. I've had it for about 10 years and I've never listened to his show. I can't believe they pay him so much.

In contrast to its high-quality broadcasts, Sirius/XM's customer service has drawn fire from some state governments. In October 2010, Richard Cordray, Ohio's Attorney General, began investigating complaints regarding Sirius XM's policies on billing, customer solicitation as well as subscription renewals and cancellations. The company informed shareholders of the probe shortly thereafter. According to news reports, Arizona, Connecticut, Tennessee, Vermont, and the District of Columbia have expressed interest in participating in the inquiry.

In a report obtained in March 2011, The Better Business Bureau reported receiving over 4500 complaints against Sirius XM in the preceding 36 months, around half of which regarded the company's billing and collection practices.

In Missouri, some people registered on the state's do-not-call list have complained about receiving repeated calls from Sirius XM workers or agents after cancelling their subscriptions. Some Florida customers have reported being billed for automatic renewals of accounts they had canceled. Further, Sirius XM was sued in federal court by a customer accusing it of deceptively raising prices.

wow, how bad does customer service have to be to get an Attorney General involved?

I haven't subscribed to XM since 2007 or '8. Both the transceivers I bought quit working after a few months. I wanted to listen to O&A for a couple hours a day. it wasn't worth hundreds of dollars.

I have two lifetime subscriptions I bought in 09 and 10, talk about poor customer service....try being a lifetime customer. They literally want nothing to do with you because they aren't making anymore money off of you. They have a monopoly and while I love having it, I would never pay for another contract.

And just an FYI...There are different rules for car subscriptions and portable subscriptions. Also the internet service and Sirius XM app are separate, if you want the App then you have to have Internet Premium. This company isn't forward thinking at all. If they were intelligent at all they would offer the app for all their customers at no charge to keep up with the migration to internet and streaming radio.

I have the lifetime, but they keep changing the rules. First it was lifetime, switch around from radio to radio for a 15 dollar fee, but no limit to the switches, then the merger came and the rule changed to 3 switches only, so I switched once and all was fine, switched again, this time into my leased car, leaving one switch remaining, and went to switch it last week, and surprise, new rule! You can't ever switch it out of a car! That is the dumbest thing I ever heard. Now somebody who buys the car I leased will get free siriusxm forever, which they still get no money for, but I canceled all my other subs. Screw them. I still have the phone app and it still plays even though I am not paying at the moment. Really great company!

I used to like his show. I tried to listen to some replays about a year ago, and all he did was talk about America's got talent. Very boring to me. Opie and Anthony always has great comics on there and is like a roast every day. Way better now in my book.

When I bought a lifetime for one of our vehicles I was told I would get three transfers. They changed the rules in 2011 and "say" they informed customers....BS. I called them before trading in said vehicle and was told they would give me one transfer since I was told originally I could get three. I called soon after trading the vehicle and was told that I couldn't switch until the trial offer on the new van expired. I called back when that happened and then they tried to tell me they had no record of my previous lifetime subscription for the last van because the dealership cancelled the subscription, they would not transfer it because you can't transfer vehicle subscriptions anymore, and that they can't just turn my lifetime back on after it was cancelled.

After 2+ hours on the phone bitching to 4 supervisors I got my lifetime turned back on and transferred one time. I only got that after laying out everything multiple times pointing to their failures and of course telling them that I wouldn't stop calling back. You have to put in your time on the phone with these idiots.

I can still transfer my portable 3 times and the transfer fee is $75 (which I also had to pay for the vehicle). After I'm done with these I will never spend another dime with Sirius XM.
I wish I would have written down the one POS manager's name that guaranteed I wouldn't get it transferred though. I'd love to call back and rub it in his face.

I've had Sirius since 2006 and have had the lifetime plan since 2008. I've had it in 3 different cars now but have never had to pay any transfer fees because I have swapped the radio and the Sirius receiver both of the times I'vechanged vehicles since then. Since they merged with XM, they took away my ability to listen to it online because they made it a pay feature even though it was free when I signed up. The programming became more watered down when they replaced some of the Sirius stations with XM's generic version of those stations and the customer service has gotten worse after the merger, too. I was never told that listening to the service online would be taken from me before it happened and I hadn't heard that you can't still transfer the subscription 3 times. I would never sign up for their service again but I will keep it until they try to take it away from me.
