Best place to get Chiefs tickets

The wife and I are planning to go to the Chargers game. I have been looking around the internets for tickets. So far Stubhub has the best prices. Vividseats appeared to have the best prices until they rape you at checkout with service fees. The NFL Ticket Exchange that is always pimped on TV was expensive. Alot of other sites I have found seem shady. Does anyone have any recommendations? I have always sat in the upper deck at Arrowhead before. Which is a better view: Upper deck but a lower row or lower level but further back?
