Good P.R. move. Makes them seem loveable. Then they can bust your ass. Wolves in sheeps clothing.

Right after that he clubbed down a negro for the fun of it...

This guy is obviously a real piece of shit! Unprofessional and he's likely racist. Probably just shot a black man for the fun of it while eating a donut! He doesn't deserve to be able to shake anything off while working.

Holy shit, someone just showed this to me today at work. I thought it was just of local interest!

I'm gonna go run some red lights; see if this guy pulls me over.

Also, fuck you Dover PD. I'd managed to avoid hearing even one second of that song, until now.

It's almost like there's an effort to promote positive feelings about law enforcement... Surely there's no astroturfing here..

The total views on that video were at about 400,00 when I first looked at it.

Now they are at 7.1 million.

That is a lot of people Shakin' it off.

Haha, I like how he changes his demeanor in a flash when he sees someone to wave at or give hand signals to.

I for one think it's good that we get to see the softer, more human side of law enforcement officers once in a while. It's good to know they can unwind a bit in between killing black teens.

COP SINGING 'SHAKE IT OFF'
DASH CAM FOOTAGE IS FAKE

The viral video of a cop singing "Shake It Off " while on patrol is NOT legit dash cam footage ... TMZ has learned -- but if that stops you from watching, then you clearly have no soul.

The video has been blowing up the internet Saturday ... and already racked up over 400K views on YouTube in less than 24 hours -- but the Dover PD tells us the whole thing was produced ... despite the chyron saying otherwise.

We're told the officers wanted to film their Taylor Swift tribute to celebrate the success of the station's Facebook page ... and show a lighter side of law enforcement.

Are you still reading? Stop, and get down to this sick beat.

Not surprising that the whole thing wasn't as candid as is implied, but that's still a real officer and he's still got tasty moves.
