Not the worst in chiefs history, but the least favorite of the present team.

On the current team I'd have to pick Tony Gonzalez or Donnie Edawrds http://www.ChiefsPlanet.com/ubb/wink.gif

But really, I'd say Chris Dishman. Too many years of hating him as a West rival plus he was always a dirty player. For the 'not livin up to the money' category I'd add Dan Williams and Carlton Gray.

Lin Elliot. He's the only former Chief I actually want DEAD. Well, maybe not dead, but severely wounded.

Dishonorable mentions:

Neil Smith
Dale Carter

47Mack,

He's not much of an athlete and it's just draft order that got him in the pro-bowl. Plus, he's alway runnin his mouth and giving the other team soundbites to use against us. He's always playing dirty too, like when he went after Romo on that one play. He's just such a loser I can't stand the guy.

Unless I'm completely off base, I thought KC Jones was joking initially when he named TG as least favorite, hence the smilie face. In his next response, he was being sarcastic, since he probably couldn't believe that anyone took him seriously. Hence the rolling eyes face. Let me know if I'm wrong KC.

KC - Dishman was never a west rival, was he? Houston, Washington,...am I missing some team? I don't think so, but...

There are far too many to name in the past, but on the current roster: Dan Williams, Chris Dishman, Elvis Grbac, and Jeff Smith.

Paul Can't Hackett

Jimmie Raye

And the winner is:

Jimmie Raye followed at a close second by Steve Bono.

The three stooges, of course.

Then, Dan Williams. First he sits out a year and screws the Chiefs, then he comes back and can't play because of injuries and screws the Chiefs. Now, he gets beat out of the starting job by John Browning.

Dan, it's your turn turn now...

#22 in Super Bowl I, I think his name was Willie Mitchell, or something. Mc Gee toasted his butt, for 2 TD's, and after the game, he was denying that it was his fault, said, he was supposed to have help. How the hell do get help when the TE catches a pass 8 yds off the line of scrimmage. Back to the future,

Lin Elliott
Steve Bono
Dan Williams
Jimmy Raye

and the list goes on.

BIG_DADDY
08-24-2000, 09:44 AM
Shootr,

Del Rio didn't know who Taylor was. He saw him messing with another player, didn't realize they were just funnin, and took up for his buddy. Much as I love O.T., you can't really blame Del RIo for that one - can you?

Wrasse
08-24-2000, 09:50 AM
Steve Bono (of course)
Lin Elliot (obvious)
Jon Baker (duh)

One I haven't seen on this thread is Mark McMillin. Little punk. It just cracked me up that he would get up all pumped up when he made an adequate play. Reminds me of a little punk brother of a friend youmight have had growing up. Thinking he's "cool" with the big kids, when he is really just a nuisance.

∑ Current team:
Dan Williams. Hold out for star salary and deliver dud performance. The sooner he is outta here, the happier I will be.
∑ All time:
Dale Carter. All the athletic ability in the world and dead from the neck up. What a waste.

I think it was Albert Williams, not sure, but there was a player who went to the raidas that said "I should have never been in KC, I was always a raider at heart" any help on reminding me who that was would be helpful.

Yosef_Malkovitch
08-24-2000, 11:43 AM
Traylor ran some smack a couple of years ago that pissed me off. Everyone else has been mentioned. I absolutely hated Lin Elliot from the moment he arrived because I saw him do the same thing to Dallas the year before and I knew it would just be a matter of time. Dude had no sack at all!!!

Kyle - is there anyway we can add Lin Elliot's name to the dirty words file? SERIOUSLY!!! I have to go back to therapy every time I hear it!

redshirt32
08-24-2000, 11:43 AM
It was Albert Lewis who said that wasn't it.

My least favorite was Gary Green until Lewis said that. Now Albert keeps the top spot until another long time Chief's player plays turncoat and goes to the Raida's.

While I aggree to be disgusted by the mention of most of the names you football gurus(not being sarcastic, only respectful of some knowledge) have mentioned, I liked Albert Lewis.

My deepest hate is still reserved for Harvey..I always hated him and his chicken neck.

Never thought much of fat Bam"the dope man" either

One Arrowhead Dave
08-24-2000, 12:00 PM
I liked Albert as well, untill he made that comment. This is the same reason I no longer like Rison. If you have ill will towards a former boss, express it to him, not the whole world. Comments like these, however, do fuel the rivalry between the Chiefs and the Raiders, and for that reason I have to respect the comments being made.

Mike Stock is my least favorite chief. Hold my breath every time our un-special teams take the field. Wait for the melt down, and corresponding shot of Stock pissed off and clueless on the sideline.

Jimmy Raye is a close second. When will he develop a passing game that does not have three receivers standing on top of each other in their patterns. Ever hear of spreading the field. Anyone that makes me think our glory days were under Paul Hackett needs to be fired! Consistant failures can predict future possible out come.

Can you have a least favorite Chief?...I mean I didn't like Carter but I was sure happy when he returned a punt for a TD or made an INT...

If I have to choose, then Rison gets my vote...only because he made so many stupid off field mistakes...and he didn't do a damn thing the past two years...

In my continuing quest to be different, my vote goes to Art Still.

Mr. Still led the player revolt that caused John Macovich (sp?) to be dumped just as he was growing into the HC job. Mac was replaced by Frank Ganz (the players choice) and the dark ages fell.
