Hi all,

Glad to see the BB is taking flight! It's nice to have a place to go where it's safe to speak your mind...

I'm in Hawaii this week with wife and kids. Her brother did it, so now we "have" to... It really pains me... NOT!

Warm, humid, breezy and very nice on the eyes!

Hope Chiefs start kicking some butt!

If a guy looking like Bruce Filanch(sp) comes up to you asking for change, watch out. That's jq (hawaiianboy). http://www.ChiefsPlanet.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

1) Yes, there's beer in Hawaii
2) There's also one called the Lava Meltdown. After a couple of those you know why it's called "meltdown"
3) This is our last trip together as a family unit... as you all know the previous details I won't bore you...
4) I took this trip hesitantly, but the kids have never been here and I don't know when I'll be able to afford it again, after the split...
5) What is with the Chiefs?! Are they going through a "meltdown" too? Or is it the coaching?
Hi Tracy, thanks for thinking of us. Things are calm for the moment, but it seems there are "issues" every day. At a luau the other night the waiter took my wife's drink because it was almost empty. So when she came back to the table she raised a big fuss about her drink being taken even though it wasn't done and that she'd have to buy another one. Went on for almost 10 minutes. The kids and I just kept silent.

Yesterday there were no "issues", so that in itself is an achievement...
Wow,
Sounds like you all live in a war zone.

I know how you feel. Eggshells are not great to walk on are they?

Not after 15 years... (which might have been 14 too many...)
