Every newspaper I read has KC picked to beat Indy...hmmm...

Also this must be the national game as it is the 7am telecast here (along with Minny/Bears)..... The Hawks/Miami game is the 10am telecast.... and the Donks get the Rams on Monday night.... Looks like I get to see the whole AFC West in action this weekend....

Standings after week One....
RAIDERS......1-0
Chiefs........0-1
Hawks.........0-1
Bolts.........0-1
Donks.........0-1

Get ready to play that "schedule card" this year KC..... you'll need it.

JQ,

If the articles included a bunch of grammatical errors, then they probably were written by a KU grad.

Getting up at 7 wouldn't be so bad.....
but getting up at 4 to start drinkin'. Ouch!

Shakes,

Other people might think there was a drinking problem involved being drunk before 8:00 am on Sunday morning.

Stupid question, do places actually open up to show the games at that time of the day, do they serve breakfast???

JQ - The newspapers are looking for the heart-warming stoy of us winning the game after the DT tribute. That and they feel we have good home field advantage.

I like having the games early.
I watch the first one then get the grill started.... by the time the ESPeN game rolls around (at 2pm) every thing is primed.... and you get a regular night sleep so no hangovers.... off course when daylight savings kicks in, the games move to 8,11,and 3...

The Sunday night game comes on at 2? That would be better. Being on the east coast I have to wait until 9:00 at night before Monday night football starts.

mizzou,

If you are into college football here you can watch from 6am straight through the Un of Hawaii game which ends at about 10 at night, sleep, then wake up to the NFL

hawaiinboy,

I'm just curious as to what "cards" the Raiders have been playing in the 90s.

Mostly Jokers I presume...
