Hey Gun, your QB threw an INT that was returned for a TD, but he threw 5 TD passes to offset it. You scored 42 points, more than any team in the NFL. Did you lose?
Get the ball to the playmakers, which are Cat, DA, and Gonzo. Then that opens up the ground game. Do you see how well that sort of thing can work?
You should be 3-0. Better late than never. Now do it on the road. Denver is a tough team and they will score a lot of points. We must score too. Keep feeding it to the Cat...

Only question now is: will this change the way Gun & Co. will run their offense? Will this affect the playcalling from here on out, or was this a fluke.
Props to Elvis today; he did great! Props also to SlyMo.

I think if our draft class continues to improve like they did today, Carl Peterson did a great job. However, this is only one game. We must continue. We can't show up in Denver next week not prepared to play. Shanahan is going to try and expose all our holes, and he has a lot of weapons. The coaches must be well prepared...

You must remember, this was against SD, one of the worst teams in the league!
SD have had one of the top D's in the league for the last few years. They may not be great, but they did hold Oakland to 9 points. Our O can score against most teams assuming the coaching does a similar job to yesterday. The one reservation I have is that our O is very good when we are ahead, and not so proven when we are behind. But they do look good now, even if it was against SD.

Actually, going into the game, the San Diego defense was ranked 4th in the AFC, so it is a pretty good defense.
Maybe our guys will get some well-deserved credit now that they've held an offense to only 3 points. (KC's D was ranked 15th going into the game, ahead of only Seattle.)
