View Full Version : Something different to look for in Sunday's game......

09-22-2000, 10:51 AM
One of our own bulletin board members will be at the game Sunday. He is getting married on Saturday afternoon. His bride is a HUGE donkey fan and to kick off the honeymoon they have tickets to the Chiefs/Donkey game. They will be holding a sign at the game with Compromise Between Spouses on the top with the C B S in big black letters(probably more likely to get on camera that way). The bottom of the poster will have a bride and groom facing each other in a 3-point stance with Chief and Bronco helmets on.

Just thought I would throw this out here for everyone to look for him, especially since his picture on Bob Dole's website doesn't do him justice.

Hoping his new wife has a disappointing honeymoon (but only the Sunday afternoon part of it http://www.ChiefsPlanet.com/ubb/wink.gif)

Congratulations in advance to Mr. and Mrs. Yosef_Malkovitch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! http://www.ChiefsPlanet.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

Bob Dole's condolences to silly Yosef for his impending leap.

(And Bob Dole just posted what Yosef submitted...)

I'm going to offer you my standard line I give to everyone about to or just recently married. In your case, Yosef, it seems even more appropriate!! http://www.ChiefsPlanet.com/ubb/wink.gif

CONGRATULATIONS! AND CONDOLENCES!! http://www.ChiefsPlanet.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

keep my eye out for that sign, it sounds like a good one btw

I really must ask.

Does her bad taste in football teams extend to spouses?

Best wishes to the bride and groom.

hopes Mr. & Mrs. Malkovitch are as happy as Mr. & Mrs. Gaz.<P>

Help me wish Yosef and his bride-to-be congratulations, etc.

(You know something funny, I'm not meaning this to be crude or anything, but as I was typing the reply up above I made a typo. Had I not caught it the reply would've said 'Help me wish Yosef and his ride-to-be')

And another something different--we may actually get to see the Chiefs' road uniforms...

Oh man! This could be me in a few years. My girlfriend is an adamant Broncos fan. We're even in a fantasy football league together and she's gone as far as trying to obtain every Bronco's player she can knowing that by doing so, she'll probably lose. She'd probably trade her whole roster for Terrell Davis.

Anway, this Sunday will be our first Chiefs vs. Broncos experience. I'm sure it will be an interesting one!

Thank you everyone. Thank you. Needless to say, I'm a bit nervous, and more than a little excited.

Ok, Ok. I have to fess up, that's not my REAL pic on the other board. (as if you all didn't know.) http://www.ChiefsPlanet.com/ubb/smile.gif

To see a pic of me and the soon-to-be Mrs., go to www.wedsite.net (http://www.wedsite.net) For the site name, enter "FeistWharton" and for the password enter "KCBroncos". There are several pics, but the one all the way at the bottom is us at the KC-Raiders game last January.

And since we're making confessions, you will all immediately notice that my name's not really Yosef.

*sigh* I hate losing my secret identity.

It's asking for a domain in addition to username & password. I'd be interested in checking this stuff out....

Oh yeah....

Congrats to you both! It sounds like an interesting dilemma and one that cameramen/producers would be very interested in.

Hmmm... for some reason you can't click on the link. You have to type in the address. It works fine if you do that.

Well, *deep breath* here I go fellas. Next time I darken this domain I'll be a married man. Here goes nothing.

Look for us at the game!

It's because there's a trailing period in the URL. I should have seen that crap. I'll fix it for you.

Cool site, Wharton. Any relation to Whartons in Texas?

I still think that story rocks! So, are you getting married today?

Bob Dole pulled out the ole horn and is playing Taps...

Holy sh*t - he IS getting married today. What a dedicated Chiefs fan. Monitoring the board on the day of his wedding! I'll bet the Broncos are the furthest thing from the bride's mind.

Just an update on the newlyweds. The wedding went very well, and the happy couple are on their honeymoon. I did't see them on TV? Did anyone else? With my luck, they showed them during the first 5 minutes or so when my local station was still showing the end of the Titans game. http://www.ChiefsPlanet.com/ubb/rolleyes.gif
