For years, I've kept the little woman in her place (above me, from where I can see her vicious attacks coming with greater accuracy).

She's wanted a Costco membership for many years. I've held out that it's a scam. In a complicated confidence scam, my mother and my better half conspired and magically came up with a gift of a year's membership.

So, she came home from that hell-on-earth yesterday with a package of three slabs of pork loin back ribs, my personal favorite for grilling.

I removed them last night from their grotesque, vacuum-sealed packaging and applied the rub. And I grilled them today.

Absolutely fantastic. They are the most tender, most moist slabs of pork ribs that I've ever devoured. And, they are cheaper there than at my butchers.

So, I have to kill my wife now. But, at least she showed me where to buy good ribs.

Not only do they have great ribs, but now you will be able to afford enough soap to wash your legs every day. ;)

Yeah, Costco is good. I ditched Sams for them. I buy almost all my meat there. Had blacked Filet tonight topped with my secret Chunky Crawfish Roue recipe. I'm the king. One day, I'll be selling this shit at $50 a plate.

Are you going to stick your wife back in the vacuum-sealed packaging for later use?

You have to use soap?

No. Her mass is greater than the mass of three slabs of pork ribs.

Great. Now you've just given her a case of bolemia. WTG, dumbass.

Costco is the shit. I've been a member for nearly a year now. God only knows how much money I've saved by shopping there.

Haven't seen hide nor hair of a Costco in my part of the woods yet. Don't even think they have one in Denver yet either.

Hell,I bought a membership to Costco just to buy king
crab legs...seriously.

The Costco in my area sells them for like $11 a pound compared to the $20 my local grocery store charges.
And the quality is much better at Costco.

Besides,If i am ever in need of a free lunch on a saturday...i can count on copious amounts of free
samples.

Some pretty good wine/beer/liquor prices @ Costco as well (tho' not in Kansas, still the proud home of Carrie Nation).

Costco is great. Their meat selection and quality are top notch. We smoked a six pound Costco brisket last weekend that was wonderful.
The seafood is great too. Last weekend they had jumbo shrimp that was the size of small lobster tails.

I like Costco too, even though the nearest one, is about 90 miles from my house. Good prices on coffee beans. The only complaint I have, is when they lock their fuggin' doors.

Oddly enough, I had a dream about Costco the other night. Bizarre dream, but they all are for me. Strange thing is, I have never even stepped foot into one. Don't even know what they look like. Don't have a point. Just wanted to post.

That is all.

That wasn't a dream. That was Wal-Mart, and you were hiding behind the pool supplies. I saw you.

I don't actually start until Monday. So, I have really enjoyed the beautiful weather this week. All is good.
