Out of all the celebs making pics, he was the only one to take the Broncos. I have hated that guy ever since his dad was Bill Walton. Or when he got hyped like crazy over Collison.

I can't defend his picks, but apparently Britney Spears had the hots for him a while back. That gets your face in the tabloids and gets you a few minutes of fame.

So does playing substantial minutes in the NBA playoffs... Just ask Nick Collison.

Collison had surgery on both shoulders. Seattle knew he needed surgery and still drafted him. In 10 years we'll see who was better.

After reading this, I clicked the link...

first... page THREE?!!?!

Ok.. now... DREW Lachey? I'm guessing he's "famous" because he's appeared on his brother(?)'s reality show or something?

Holly Robinson Peete.... I have no idea who this is.

Steve Harris... Pat McGee... nope and nope.

Never heard of James Blake either... but, I don't follow tennis.

And then there's Wilma McNabb. Words fail me.

I have no false illusions as to what Luke Walton will be. He's famos because he was the lakers "Gumby" (fan favorite off the bench) and Bill's son. He's got lots of skills that will keep him in the league for 10 years, but he's not famous for his potential as a superstar. I know that.

Collison has more potential than Luke. Or at least did.

But Gooden had even more potential, and that hasn't taken him very far to date. The NBA is a strange league. Guys like Steve Kerr and Jud Buschler stick around for 10+ years while #1 draft picks disappear in 5 years.

BTW, KU is my #2 team. I grew up a huge KU fan, but as a UofA alum, KU had to slip down to #2.
