I've been flipping between the Raiders/Steelers Az/StL and Chi/Det games.

so far, of note....

Detroit just blocked a FG and ran it back for a TD....I'm feeling smarter about drafting them in a salary cap money league. TD Bracey Walker(Former Chief)

Won't know for sure until he has an MRI, but it sounds like it might not be serious.. He said the knee is sore but he got good news when they were "pulling on it, biting on it and twisting it" and it didn't hurt (which the doctors said it should).

Got my fingers crossed.. This is his contract year, so he has extra motivation and he played a GREAT game today..

Ravens Starting Center and Jonathan Ogden, their All-Pro Left Tackle were out for the game (Center out for quite a while). Orlando Brown and Ethan Brooks (their starting ends today) are shall we say, seriously deficient in the blocking category.

Could be a VERY long season for the Ravens if Ogden is out for very long.

cdcox
09-12-2004, 05:21 PM
Yeah, I saw that Ogden was out. I thought Orlando Brown was a pretty good tackle prior to catching the flag in the eye? Not in Ogden's class, but very good.

That sounds like an excuse more than anything. This is the same Jamal Lewis that ran over Cleveland last year. Not taking anything from Cleveland playing at home, but the Ravens, and Billick especially, should be freaking embarrassed.
