He played pretty bad.

Its sad to say that I think George friggin Foster played better than Welborne.

There are several players who looked like crap. Crap I say.

What did people honestly expect? There was a reason why he was playing guard in the NFC.

He definitely didn't play well, but I never thought Tait was that great, either. Downgrade? Probably. But not by a huge margin...

Welborne was a problem, no doubt. Unfortunately, he was not the only guy breaking down in pass protection.

Tait was miles ahead of Welbourne. Tait got beat once or twice a game. Welbourne gets beat once or twice a drive.

With our WR's, Welborne is still the weakest link on our Offense.

Welbourn was a monster in the running game. An absolute monster. He did struggle in the passing game no doubt.

If he didn't have those penalties, he would have played a solid game. He'll adjust...John Welbourn at this point is the least of my worries.

I'll never understand why people still try to dog Tait.

When he was at RT, he did everything asked of him. He was really good at that position and now we have an average player at best in his place.

Welbourn better learn real quick. John Tait makes him look like a CHUMP

Yeah he had a bad game and caused some penalties. He looked like crap but im not overly concerned. Though if he plays this way next week i will.

Also if i remember correctly Jeff Criswell started off much of the same way. He sucked bad his first few games.

It's all TTR's fault anyway. He was the one who adopted Welbourne. Way to go man...

We have Jim Fassel to thank for "the wellBourne Identity" crisis. He gave the thumbs up for this guy. Considering how well Fassel's OL played in NY and Arizona why not ;-)

On the other hand, RT is difficult to learn; I say give him some time, it's not like anyone was open tonight.

ShanaRat gamed us big time and, according to Theesman and Boozerall, Denver's off season gamble has paid off...

If I remember correctly it took Tait way longer than 1 game to become a solid RT... :hmmm:

Besides, Welbourn onlyhad trouble in the passing game and with his dumb penalities. He was an absolute force at run blocking.

Don't worry, more than likely he'll only have to line up against Julius Peppers next weekend...

Yeah, we only gave John Tait THREE FUGGIN YEARS to get to where he is -- MEDIOCRE.

It's ONE GAME. Jesus Christ almighty.

We don't have all fuggin year. It is very apparent that our window shut last season....cause we didn't do $hit to fix anything.....

Bob Dole wouldn't be nearly as concerned if he hadn't looked exactly the same way in the final preseason game, too.

Eagles are getting a 2005 3rd rounder for this guy. Also getting a 2005 2nd rounder for AJ Feely. They are truly Master Traders.

I can now rest easy.
