Can't tell how bad, although they had to help him off and he wasn't putting any weight on his ankle/leg...Happened on the onside kick at the end of the game.

i wouldn't mind his leg being taken off all together, but then i would just have to put up with him running his mouth at the special olympics

If he's a soldier maybe the Browns will put his number on their helmets.
The guy's a f*ckwit.

The team was vague in describing the injuries, but Winslow and Brown could miss a lot of time.
Winslow hurt his right leg when he was sandwiched by two other Browns trying to recover Phil Dawson’s free, onside kick. He was helped off the field, driven to the locker room in a cart and sent in for X-rays.
Coach Butch Davis would not speculate on the injury, except to say it would be evaluated today.
“They’ve taken him for preliminary X-rays and I have no idea right now,” Davis said in his postgame news conference.
Several team sources said, though, that Winslow had broken his fibula. If true it would mean Winslow could miss six weeks.

Winslow Suffers Injury In 4th Quarter
Rookie May Be Out For Up To Eight Weeks
POSTED: 6:39 am EDT September 20, 2004
CLEVELAND -- Rookie Kellen Winslow reportedly broke his right fibula during Sunday's game against the Cowboys and will not be able to play for six to eight weeks.
NewsChannel5 said the Browns camp has scheduled a press conference for 1 p.m.
The injury reportedly happened during a play in the fourth quarter in which Browns players fell on the rookie's leg. Winslow was injured on an onside kick in the waning seconds of the contest.
As Winslow tried to recover Phil Dawson's drop-kick, he was sandwiched by two other Browns.
The Browns No. 1 pick was helped off the field after that play.
The Browns may have to find another tight end to replace Winslow if the injury is confirmed, WEWS reported.
The Browns lost 19-12 to the Dallas Cowboys.
X-rays were reportedly taken.
In addition to Winslow, 2000 first-round pick Courtney Brown and 2001 first-round pick Gerard Warren were injured.
NewsChannel5 and NewsNet5 will have the latest on Winslow. Be sure to check back often for updates.
