Someday I'll tell my grandchildren that I remember exactly where I was when this happened.

If LJ has to play then the bench fan is going to get lonely. :thumb:

Did you see the frightened ones?
Did you hear the falling bombs?
Did you ever wonder why we had to run for shelter when the
promise of a brave new world unfurled beneath a clear blue
sky?

Did you see the frightened ones?
Did you hear the falling bombs?
The flames are all gone, but the pain lingers on.

Goodbye, blue sky
Goodbye, blue sky.
Goodbye.
Goodbye.
Goodbye.

Priest is listed as questionable from the report I'm hearing on the radio

It would be fun if that happened for LJ to come off the bench and become 1/2 Okoye and 1/2 Priest. I'll bet there would be some drastic attitude changes around here.

Dick says it's nothing serious and could cause him to miss a bit of practice during the week. Press conference on now.

They're playing excerpts of a DV press conference on 810 right now.

Says it's a sprain. Claims he didn't know about it until today.

Vermeil says right now he's questionable-to-doubtful for the game on Sunday.

If we lose to the Texans, the season is officially over.

vermeil on 810 says he flat out went with Blaylock over Priest. Something fishy about all this crap.

They knew about it yesterday, there is no way they would just leave preist out for the last 8 min.

Blaylock is the #2 back. He did a great job on the sweep. Look at the play again. The hole was there. He missed it or was incabaple of hitting it. Priest would have nailed it.

Remember Priest is still great at 80%

OK, here's a dumb idea... ARe any of our safeties good enough to be receivers for offense?

Are any of our linebackers good enough to be running backs?

I know it's dumb. But it's just a thought. We used to go both ways in high school. (Don't you dare read any more into that!)

No, you're right. But if they bank their season on Holmes... we'll then we're toast... He can do a helluva lot... But he can't do it all by himself...

This is the time for LJ to put up or shutup if he gets in sunday.

To this point they haven't even come close to asking him to do it all himself. AS is too in love with his non-existent high powered passing game to even ask Priest to do his fair share.

I saw signs of this in '01, I saw a nasty little trend of this last year that I harped on, and now I am seeing the same thing again. My respect and confidence for AS is extremely low right now. I'll be happy to see him get offered an HC job somewhere else next year and take it.

If we lose to the Texans, the season is officially over.

At least any hope of the playoffs or the bowl. And if it turns out to be the case I sure hope we play the young guys like at DE, DT, and WR we have to find a replacement or at least know what we have to be ready for next year. I don't care about Hicks or Holliday and I am beginning to feel like Sims is a bust.
Morton needs to be gone as well. Hmmm and how about Roaf. He is starting to show his age.

I don't think Priest should play sunday, if we can't beat Houston at home we truly suck!! I want LJ to get the load and step up, cause we need it.
