That Bastage just kicked a 42 yrd FG. Looked like it would have been good from 50. And he couldn't do that for the Chiefs?

Was it in the dome? (I can't get to a TV and I'm too lazy to go look online). If so, that would probably explain it.

He is no longer kicking off though. They brought back their old kicker to do it.

Nah it was in Philly.

I don't know, but I think he looked pretty good last week... he's not the 1992 version of Morten Anderson but I was surprised to see him really blast a couple of his kickoffs...

47, but it was wide right. He also made a 50 yarder against Denver.

Just wait until its December. Morten won't be able to kick anything longer than 40 yards.

It makes you wonder if Vermeil knows how to judge talent.

That's a pretty big difference if you ask me.

Morten's range will plummet as the season continues.

Morten kicking a 50 yarder shouldn't be that surprising. He did kick a couple from that range in training camp.

You've got to admit, he does look younger in Purple!!

Yeah, no crap, we only had what, 9 Pro-Bowlers last year? That's only one-fifth of the active gameday roster! Heads should roll... :)

Morten's range will plummet as the season continues. You have to excuse Demonpenis, his math skills are lacking. He's a MUron.

Hahahahahahaha!!! He didn't have the distance for a 44 yarder with the wind at his back!

Rausch

Well, since I have to also watch a better offense and defense with that short-legged kicker....eh....no.

I've got the cure for that, too. You'll all get it next Sunday.
