View Full Version : I only saw one Chiefs player on Sunday that has the hands and speed to play wr.

He made a couple of great grabs, caught the ball with his hands, and went after the ball. While we are so depleted at WR why couldn't we use Eric Warfield as a situational wideout? I believe that he has the speed and the hands to stretch the field and make a play on the ball. I know this sounds kinda desperate but it seems we're getting there really quick folks.

Oh yeah that's great, then I'd have another phase of the game to yell at him.

maybe I am, but he made 2 great catches... If you throw that same ball to our wideouts, do they catch it?

From what I heard Sunday (STINKIN' FOX :banghead: ) he's the only player on both sides that really had some fire in him (or can catch balls for that matter). However I would hate to take a chance on our only decent CB getting hurt while playing WR.

If they make him the offer and toss in a couple of beers, I'm sure he'd take it.

Why would we risk dimishing one of the few bright spots on this team by making him go both ways. I know the Donkeys did that with Champ but he also played WR in college, something I don't believe Warfield did.

If you were gonna do that, I'd rather have Bartee play WR....

Because he's likely to get suspended by the league for his little DUI incident.

Make a play for Lenny Walls over to the Broncos. He's what, 6'4" or 6'5"? I'd be surprised if he doesn't show up on the offensive side of the ball someday just because of his height.

Yeah, this is his second offense with the DUI, so when he gets suspended for what looks to be 4 games, knowing the Chiefs, he'll forget how to play defense and once again, we suck again!

When are these NFL guys with all their money going to spend it on Taxi or Limo instead of rolling the dice with the Cops when they are 'light up'

Is he related to Little of the Rams?

Wow now there is a concept, a WR that does not turn his head.:hmmm:

How about moving Rich Scanlon from the pratice squad to wide out?

Move Eric Warfield to WR.
Move Johnnie Morton to CB. Morton likes to deflect balls with his hands anyways, i'd say its the perfect situation for him.

Does anyone agree with my sentiment that a CB is just a WR who can't catch a ball?

Maybe a WR is just a DB that can't tackle? OH WAIT! Move McCleon to WR!
