Twas the night before Sunday
And all through the house,
Not a player was stirring
NOt even the louse (Andre)

The plays were all hung
from Derricks locker with care

In hopes that DT's spirit
Rides in the Air

The Chiefs are the best
The Raiders will fall
and the fans will all shout
we're the best in the west
now be off with y'all
Pam - I thought you might find this funny.

A chicken and an egg are lying in bed. The chicken is leaning against
the headboard smoking a cigarette, with a satisfied smile on its face.

The egg, looking pissed off, grabs the sheet, rolls over and says,
"Well, I guess we finally answered THAT question."

Pam - Life is OK, been running around a lot lately, which is fine with me. Been kind of a bad week for some of my family, Grandparents have been in hospital, they should both be fine. My cousins baby was admitted today as well when his heart stop, it is OK right now so hopefully nothing bad happened. He was born with a heart problem and they were planning surgery anyway, so at least it seems he is do better. Other then that I have been having fun.

Man, what a week.

Tomorrow's game will do one of two things...Cheer you up, or bring you back down...I am betting it will cheer you up.

Do you get to see it at ARrowhead?

WHY TO WATCH

Because it's the Chiefs vs. the Raiders. Gunther Cunningham's team is still seething after last year's season-ending loss at home against the rival Raiders. That defeat knocked the Chiefs out of the playoffs and they'd like nothing more than to knock off the high-flying Raiders inside the friendly confines of Arrowhead Stadium.

Pam - No, I don't get to go, something came up which is very uncool. But I will get to watch it on TV and I hope we stomp them like little bugs.

Bob Dole

VERY BORED!!!!

Been watching kids & cleaning and rearranging the house today. Had to stay home from work, our daycare provider quit with no notice.

That and checking my rosters on the FFA to see if I need any changes, and who to start http://www.ChiefsPlanet.com/ubb/smile.gif

Pam - We played Volleyball at work on Tuesday and have been on a verbal sarcastic roll ever since. I was rather insultive to the people on my team who couldn't play, but they and everyone else thought it was funny, so I just went with it.

JOhn - Yeah, what can we do, does suck.

Wow, sorry about the daycare thing...

I know how it is with no one that can watch.

I put off cleaning today.

Some students and I painted our stadium bleachers and paw prints on the road.

John - Brian Mitchell is actually that high? Of course he had one good game, but I don't think he did anything last week. Carter might be a good choice, but it is hard to tell.

Unfortunitly you can't put people on IR, it is just that my players keep getting injured and the teams they play for keep putting them on IR. Now Crowell broke his foot and is out for 6 weeks, and I have him in 2 leagues. Things are not loooking good.

Keeper league has not been discussed, though in one league I have Jimmy Smith and Edge.

Crowell is out for 6 weeks? Dammm

Yea I think I'll go with Carter, he is due for a big game. No TD's yet, and they are playing chicago.

JOhn - I think I have lost a total of 5 players in my 3 leagues to long injuries ro for the season. It makes it hard to be competitive,

Thank goodness the offseason, errr, bye week is over. With all the transactions the Chiefs made this last week, and the seemingly long wait for this game today, it has felt like the offseason.
IMO, bye week is a misnomer, I think it should be called Hell Week!
