Potatoes, bread, pasta, etc. Processed foods, not good. But I love them all. Some of the Europeans eat some of the fattiest food ever, (French) but don't gain weight because they don't eat the processed shit. So, I haven't gone grocery shopping for this yet, and I didn't have long to be home during lunch, so I cut off a few pieces of leftover rotisserie chicken (without skin) and grabbed a mango Chobani (which I'm eating right now).
