Morningstar is a role player who feels like he has to step up the scoring without a third reliable scorer. Hopefully Little steps into that void, allowing Morningstar to spot up for threes and rebound.

I seriously doubt Self told Morningstar that one of his roles on his team was to get to the basket.

imo he told morningstar to be more aggressive

on offense and defense

he doesn't want him to be a scorer but be a threat

Actually, sometimes they play with too much aggressiveness. They are good at rebounding. Yes, that make boneheaded plays at times. They are freshmen. They will become very good basketball players in another year or two.
