I love CP. Everything starts out as a debate....and then kind of just falls into everyone calling everyone else a drama queen.

I only have one thing to say........

TITS OR GTFO!!!!!!

Comical.

Nothing like a guy that sticks to his beliefs, especially after making such a ****ing scene about it over the past 6 months.

Yet I'm the drama queen.

yes, you are...you're a bleeding bitch, just like kcjohhny...

i have no say in what QB the Chiefs acquired, they didn't ask me....you on the other hand are a real martyr....i mean, not a real martyr....a martyr for an opinion...on a sports message board.....you probably have a purple heart, and like pie

Did he win said Super Bowl?

Doomy asked what more he could have done.

I answered.

That's not belittling, that's stating fact and answering a ****ing direct question with a direct answer.

But thanks, Ms Cleo. Please continue to presume what people are thinking based on your whopping 4 months of activity here.

So, what you're saying is that you just deliberately took a phrase and twisted it for your own ends? If my team is down by a touchdown and I bring them back to score, but the kicker blows the P.A.T., it's understood that I did what I could to tie up the game. It's not about "well, he had that incomplete pass in the first quarter.".

Brilliant! It wasn't REALLY belittling the QB because it was playing word games. Good for you!

And, by the way, you make a lot of the time I've been here. However long I've been posting here and reading the site, it's been long enough to notice your postings and posting style during that time. Are you trying to say that you've been a different person than usual during that time and I've got you all wrong? If not, then how long I've been here is irrelevant. It's not as if I've missed reading all the argument threads and haven't been able to see the splits on the board.

Again, says the guy that spent 6 months verbally assaulting anyone with a differing opinion, and now is running from his stance.

Gotta love flip-floppers. I mean, it's so funny watching people change their opinion based on how the wind blows. When did it become so difficult to actually stand for something?

I guess it's easier for some folks to just follow like sheep.

This place is becoming WPI.

He actually is much different than he used to be. He didn't used to be anywhere near as arrogant as he is. He also used to be able to have discussions without completely freaking out. That really changed this offseason. He used to be one of my favorite posters on here.

Dan Marino never won a Super Bowl. It doesn't mean that he's not a quarterback people should want on their team.

And, just as a side note, how can you blame Gannon for not winning that Super Bowl when his coach got his ass handed to him because he didn't even bother changing the coaching/signal verbage when he was going up against the man who'd installed it?

How many INTs did Gannon throw that day?

What do you consider "freaking out?"

If by freaking out you mean, sick of people that can't handle honest criticism of the team, or any differing opinion?

Then yeah, I guess I've "freaked out" on occasion.

This PLACE has changed. You used to be able to present a case to people, even if it was negative, and people still respected it.

Now, people just lump anything negative in with Mecca's style, and move on. Or invoke "Pioli" as an answer for why everything is going to be OK.

Whether you're willing to admit it or not, I know you see this.

I've heard him defended as such. I don't doubt that you're telling the truth. I haven't really seen any evidence of it, though. It's too bad if that's happened to him, and I hope he snaps out of it soon.

If he's waiting on a Super Bowl victory by the Chiefs to pull his head out of his ass, though, it's probably going to be at least a few years.

Sad, ain't it?

This was the one place of the 3 you could get some real talk without the whole "rainbows, unicorns and ice cream" vibe.

Not anymore, apparently.
