But he'd take carries away from Thomas Jones. :hmmm:

I'm liking the idea even more.

No question. The guy is a horse of a short-yardage back.

Keep Thomas Jones around another year. Keep Dex as a 4th WR.

McClain blocking for Jamaal? Jimp.

IMO we need a vet for insurance for if Cassel goes down.

I would put Croyle or Palko in a see if we could get Andrew Luck that way. :p

Or...

Just get rid of Two-Yard Thomas.

If you want a true FB, Leach is on the market, and one of the guys in GB probably will be as well.

KurtCobain 07-25-2011 02:35 PM

It'd be like Holmes and TRich.

McClain is on my very short list of F/A Wants.

McClain/Tolbert
Breaston

And MAYBE if the price is right

J. Gaither
Pat Williams IF Pioli believes he still has something left in the tank.

talastan 07-25-2011 02:39 PM

With McClain and Charles in the backfield who are D-coaches going to try and key in on defending the running game? Add the receiving corps we now have in the mix and you have a very dangerous offense. Just need Cassel to take the next steps in his development and we are frightening the crap out of defenses.

Or Both.

Leach + McClain + Charles?

OMFGBBQ

Breaston as a slot, McClain in the backfield, and either a replacement at RT or a LT brought in to move Albert to RT.

After that, I'd assume Chiefs fans would consider the offense pretty set (other than the obligatory Cassel bashing), right?
