I'm getting a late start, but I will get a weigh in within the next couple of days. And I'm going to win.

Count me in. Not worried about any prizes. But this thread will help motivate me.

Off work tomorrow. I will weigh myself then and post it here for all of you to giggle at.

Whenever I post my weight I always subtract the 5 pounds that my cock weighs. It's only fair.

Pretty expensive for a scale too, even for one that measures all the crap you really dont need to know.

EatSmart has 4 scales in the top 5 of consumer reviews. 1 measures all the bf% crap for $13 less. The others are just simple scales from $28-$32 and all have a ton of reviews.

Yeah, but I had a bunch of credit so it only cost me $16. :thumb:

One week in, tried to exercise some, but did not do very well. Body was very, very sore. Not sure what to do about that.

Weight is 274.2, so down 6.2 pounds the first week. Not bad I guess.

Not sure how long I can keep this up.

You need to find something that you can keep up with. Simple changes in diet can be a good start. Don't eat out as much, try not to eat greasy foods or a lot of cheese or items where the calories are mostly fat. Exercise when you can and when you're able. You can do it!

It is very very sore just because of the muscle shock, if you keep at it, that extreme soreness will stop occuring in another week or two's worth of similar excercise. If you stop for a couple of weeks, it will occur again when you start though, so it is best if you keep at it instead of hitting it hard and then stopping for a while before you do it again.

For me, my leg excersises seem to always leave me hurting though, but I think that is just me. But for things like my bicep excersises, I can't tear them up enough in a workout for them to hurt me much the next day. When I first started I would have to choke back a scream every time I would straighten my arm.
