You're not just stupid, you're like a full-time mouth breather. I don't mind somebody bashing Routt for his overall play. But he was right with his guy today. I have no complaints for his coverage against the Bucs.

Yeah, Bartee was "right with his guy" a lot, too, and still gave up a huge ass catch, because he couldn't make a play on the ball.

Routt gave up 10 TDs last year for a reason.

All I'm talking about is the 2 plays from today. Routt played them as well as anybody could have. Anybody crying about those 2 plays has unrealistic expectations of defensive backs.

You want to see blown cover watch DJ. Teams are going under routes galore on the Chiefs this season and just torching them.

I've seen corners make plays on the ball in such situations.

I understand this is a thread about everyone's satisfaction with Routt. Maybe i should have worded my post better. I'm saying Routt is not the only problem with this team, he is the least problem. I don't fault him on his coverages where he got beat today. Clay makes him sound like he get's torched on every play.
