Name the 5...

Hmmm ... not necessarily. What we had were some bad players and some good players and some excellent players ... all of whom were soft and out-of-shape.

All you can do is laugh at this point. "The chiefs don't make the moves necessary to improve the team, chiefs wont spend the $ to get great players"

Didn't read through any responses and it might have already been said, but if it has I will repeat it.

This is why I think shit canning Pioli or RAC wouldn't solve anything. There is one common denominator of this team that hasn't really changed in all the years of coaching changes and management changes. And that is the Hunt family.

When you leave the kind of dough on the table that the Chiefs have over the past years its pretty clear they aren't interested in becoming championship caliber.

Of course that doesn't explain away the horrible choices management has made in the money they have spent.

All of the foundational pieces on the team were in place before Pioli took the job. How many times does this fact need to be reiterated?

See that roster I posted. Which player on that roster would you like to have that's not here anymore?

That's just an embarrassing roster. There's at least 10 players on there that aren't even in the league anymore.

in due time when most of these guys dont pan out to be anything more than average, you will wake up

I see you're still a ****ing moron.

It has nothing to do with your stupid Pioli Kool-aid shit.

With a good QB, this is a very different team.

Hmmm ... I think you may be getting a little carried away there, Mr. mcaj22.

In many respects, this is a very different team than the one Pioli inherited. We have some damn fine players that any franchise in the league would move into their starting line-up.

What we have is a very poorly coached team at this point.

It appears that you're confusing my posts with somebody else's.

We have a shallow roster, led by an individual, Cassel, who inspires no respect from his teammates and thus cannot lead.

Additionally, the HC was put in a position to fail by being allowed to assume DC responsibilities, too.

In short, Pioli couldn't be a worse GM.

Yep. VERY poorly coached team. I wish we had gotten one of the Harbaugh brothers. We'd be contenders right now. Instead we got a meth head and a doofus.

but like someone just said, all the foundational pieces were here before Pioli took the job. And those pieces are in the PRIME of their careers and all Pioli is doing is wasting that talent away.

the roster is shallow and weak. Dave you can call me any mean name in the book you want but I shall agree to disagree with you and still love you at the end of the day sir.

define "other teams"

playoff teams? not many of players would be upgrades to most playoff teams. maybe 7 or 8 guys at most pending the team

every team would take Bowe. Some would take Hali, Charles, DJ. Most would take Flowers. Some would take Berry. And some would take Albert.
