You can't teach belief.
This is a young team with no vocal leaders. Any leaders we might have are told to shut the **** up and tow the line by the GM.
We need a change that will inspire this team. Anyone (see also: Thigpen) to motivate this team to try even if they know after the year is over they go back to the bench or free agency.
And Quinn will. Pioli won't pay to keep a QB on board who's free agent value exceeds his own rankings/worth/value.
Quinn, good or bad, will be gone next year just as Orton was...
