Yea. You visit Jerome. You don't live there.

I would live in Jerome. But I like solitude and ghost stories.

Never been there, so just stereotyping, but I always thought of Scottsdale as a golf course community, probably filled with tons of really old people and snowbirds. No?

We have our fair share of both. Town seems to swell during the winter.

Palm Springs is filling up with homosexuals. NNTAWWT for sure. But there you have it.

Edit: Matrix Reloaded is just not good.

Hey, you're in Colorado now! Welcome to paradise, soiled only by an evil football team and the presence of John Elway.

Anthem, to me, is a small community as designed. It's north of Phoenix proper a bit. I think it would close in on you after a while, unless you like that sort of thing.

It's nice and modern with everything you need, right along the highway and commercial businesses are spawning on the other side. Touristy/Highway stuff. E.g. Outlet mall, fast food, etc.

Safest place is where? Is Anthem safe? Do you like Scottsdale? My wife and I are young but we're old lol. Just had our first baby. We were thinking of moving there or back home in KC. She just graduated nursing school.

I want to do this art class called "Puff, pass, and paint" But the artist keeps doing paintings of that giant horse with the ridiculous name and I refuse to support even the idea of painting a Bronco.

You should do the class with me.

It's the stolen car capital of the US and there's often dead bodies in the desert. But you'll probably be ok.

Check out Ahwatukee. Nice, safe, great schools, in the foothills of South Mountain so it's hilly and gorgeous, has it's own sense of seclusion. Middle class, white collar. Very white, if that matters.

Come to Phoenix for nursing. Hospitals all over.

If you are an artist, then Jerome is the place for you for sure.

Sounds like a great reason for a CP roundup out here.

Where is that located? Is commuting far? Yeah we love KC but Phoenix is the other option. We're kinda leaning KC now but not sure yet.

LMAO

Yeah there's crazy shit that happens down there, that's everywhere though. We want safe. We are leaning KC (Overland Park area). Miss KC. Miss seeing my teams whenever I damn well please. I wanna take my kids to see them too when they're old enough. Tough though because we do like Phoenix weather but not the look of the city.

Heh. Old Town is for amateurs. It's true I live north but don't do that scene unless there's a function I have to attend. Watching Mike Tyson do lines off his dashboard isn't my thing anymore...

Prescott is more my style but yeah, you're right. Munds Park is another area I like. Looking at a place there for summer retreat and sledding for my boys in the winter.
