Cutler has never won without a top 5 defense. |

He is literally the same guy he's been all this time. The only difference is the coaching staff decided to smarten up and use that offensive line they'd been investing in so heavily along with Murray, who was criminally underused last season. I don't have the exact stats but last season the Cowboys ran the ball something ridiculously low like 36% of the time when they had the lead. Anybody that watched could have told you they had a top 5 back in Murray waiting for the opportunity. In short, the Cowboys just aren't asking Romo to carry the team anymore and now you're seeing how good he was this entire time. |

He also has a weaker brain, is an awful leader, and throws a shit ton of interceptions. Alex had bad luck with OC's, while Jay Cutler IS bad luck for OC's. He gets guys fired and they don't work in the NFL again, just like Faulk said. I think Cutler has more physical ability than Alex Smith. As a pragmatic results oriented person, I'd much rather have Alex on my team because he won't go out and lose games with boneheaded grbac style bullshit... though it's kinda like choosing between a hard shit sandwich and a soft shit sandwich. I'd rather have food instead of shit. For you stupid ones, Alex and Cutler are the shit. I AM NOT AN ALEX SMITH FAN. |
I dunno about "weaker brain." Alex struggles reading defenses. Sure, it doesn't lead to INTs...it just leads to sacks and pointless scrambles.
