I don't hate this. I am thinking Escobar, though. He just blows me away every game.

You spelled Lorenzo Cain's name incorrectly.

Interesting. I'll try to catch that podcast. Good news for KC (Until he signs with the Angels or Astros).

True. I think there'll be a very desperate team that will be willing to give up a top 50 prospect for Price and Cespedes, IMHO.

If they're packaged together? Absolutely, it could net a top 25 prospect for both.

It would be interesting to see if Houston was willing to move Mark Appel for Price and Cespedes. That's about the only contender I can think of that has a deep enough system to move that type of talent without it being too crippling of a blow.

Come on Volquez....

Hootie 07-12-2015 01:21 PM

Give no ****s about RBIs. Morales hovers around .800 OPS. That's fine with me. He's earning his contract. But to call him our MVP? Absurd.

Cain would obviously be my choice, too.
I still can't believe how far he has come from even a couple years ago.

I forgot RBI's don't matter, especially for a team that struggled putting runs on the board. Our record has nothing to do with getting run support this year. You're right

petegz28 07-12-2015 01:22 PM

Come on, man..throw strikes

Coach 07-12-2015 01:23 PM

GD it Volquez.

Hootie 07-12-2015 01:23 PM

Lorenzo Cain is going to be a top 5 MVP finisher at this point but yeah, our fourth best hitter Morales who doesn't play defense is team MVP

baitism 07-12-2015 01:23 PM

FFS, Volquez

petegz28 07-12-2015 01:23 PM

WTF?? 6 run lead and back-back walks? I understand pitching around Encarnacion.....but come on

C3HIEF3S 07-12-2015 01:24 PM

Balbino singles to right on a 2-2 count.

petegz28 07-12-2015 01:24 PM

Ump is not giving the high strike today

He's getting RBIs because moose and Cain are always on base. Morales has played good baseball this year. He's just not even remotely close to team MVP. Period.

There ya go!
