Didn't help at all for sleep. Didn't notice anything at all. Good news - not a single negative side effect. So, at worst you're out the cost of the bottle but nothing really to fear unless you've got a sensitive digestive system.

Not a fan of CBD...It's marketed like cheesy snake oil to rubes\farmers. For anxiety you might be better off just taking legal speed (vyvanse).
