Since he got paid, Eric Berry skipped all of the voluntary OTA’s during the 2017 offseason (workouts that may be “voluntary” in participation enforcement but in reality 98% of NFL players participate in these workouts), begins to have heel issues (that may have been related to not being in football shape), tears his Achilles’ tendon by overcompensating for the heel issue in his other foot and now this latest shit show.

$78 million waste.

Can't say I'll have fond memories of him once he's gone.

100% agree. Unless you have his jersey.

You can feel that way, but we're still saddled with his contract with no easy way to escape it until 2020 or beyond. There's not much value in arguing to cut him right now.

Because Chiefs

Sweet Daddy Hate 09-29-2018 05:01 PM

So, how do we feel about "Dorsey's" shitty contracts and cap mismanagement now?

Anyone?

So funny to watch this board malign the best and most thorough GM the Chiefs had employed post-computer age when the guy was clearly on top of and aware of the situations regarding Berry and Houston, and wanted absolutely ****ing NOTHING to do with them. And at worst, wanted to make sure his club didn't get ****ed on a poor investment.

But hey, we all feel good!

Right?

Right?

Dorsey is still shitty. Example numero uno, look at the complete lack of talent on defense because of his inability to draft defensive players.

This sounds like he's done. Not gonna hate on the guy. I do believe he's done what he can, but it's just really disappointing. When the Chiefs win the Superbowl this year without him, the score will probably be closer than it would've been with a healthy Eric Berry.

Maybe I should put him in touch with EB.
