What a stupid OP. The players may be working with or around the trainer in their underwear at times because it's a locker room. I would feel uncomfortable doing that in front of a woman trainer or a gay trainer and I'm sure that many people would as well. That doesn't make me or them a bigot. Screw you for wording that way

Women use male gynos all the time. They're not in it to get their rocks off. Especially in a locker room that by and large would have absolute zero tolerance for a gay trainer even remotely flirting or doing anything creepy. If they can do the job, they can do the job.
