Laz has slowed down substantially from before and I think there was some pretty heated words in the Alex smith wars but who knows. Hopefully he’s OK. I don’t think he was that old. Just a few years older than me.

Make fun of him all you want to, but he brought this site back from the dark ages where TigerUppercut ran with impunity (people were literally getting banned for Anti-Alex takes like we were Arrowhead Pride or some bull****), and the old leadership had all but shut down new users from entering the site.

DaFace is a huge reason this site is what it is and has been able to continue thriving in an era where forums are getting obliterated by reddit and social media. It's not a good thing if he ended up getting run off here.

From what I saw arguing about the Covid just made him nuts. He could have just stopped posting in the thread but didn't.

That thread made me nuts. I stopped posting in it. Worked perfectly fine, and I didn't feel compelled to leave forever.

I put a bunch of threads on ignore in the lounge because they were all political and anyone that posted anything that wasn’t 100% to the left was booted out of those threads.

I felt like there was a gang of posters that would pounce on you if you were to question the latest CDC findings or question Fauci's contradicting statements.

Do what the govt. tells us to do and be in lockstep or else.
