But you hate Howard, so...

Big time players step up in big time games. He stepped up! in a 7 game series the better team wins.

Hard to take that position in a 7 game series. Single game elimination, sure. Maybe, even in a best of 5. And we're talking about a 4-5 matchup with 2 teams that finished with regular season with the same record.

Best of 7s aren't flukes especially when they don't even goto a 7th game.

I didn't say it was a fluke.

Frank Haith thinks McHale needs Xs & Os help.

I can't stand Howard, but that has nothing to do with the fact that Portland has a better team than Houston.

I'd absolutely take Lilliard and Aldridge over Harden and Howard. Batum is a better player than Parsons.

Rockets are here to stay in the West. Haters can suck my bag.

Semantics. Saying lucky as you described they had charms up their asses is pretty much saying undeserved.

Sure, this win was lucky that Lilliard drops the death blow to end it, but no more than DLeague call up Daniels giving the Rockets their OT win in the closing seconds.

They are dead even on paper. Just thought the Rockets played better only to lose a few games they shouldn't have.

Stay where? Losing in the first round?

Game 1 and 4 were far luckier than this one. Rockets controlled Game 3 as well

No, they aren't dead even. Lin/Beverly, Jones/Asik are huge advantages to Portland. Monster actually.

Harden and Howard are the only advantages in that starting 5.

I'm even optimistic on Robinson. Having Aldridge and Stotts around I think could be a tremendous gain for improving his game on the NBA level.

Yeah until Howard decides he wants to go somewhere else because the coach made a mean face at him.
