Is this real life? I have been arguing that for two pages..

Albert is gone and you are drafting Joeckel. Don't be idiots.

No, I got it. I used to bug the shit out of BG. I've apologized to him for it.

I made the comment to you about you flaming me for posting "bad" stuff in some thread, don't remember which and not being positive. Kind of an asshole move on my part, had a pretty shitty day.

So, my bad. Sorry.

The Chiefs want to trade down. The whole point is to show your hand.

Disagree completely. If teams that want Geno are afraid you'll take him, they might offer a trade. If teams who need a LT think you'll take one and they'll be left in the cold b/c the top 3 will be gone by their pick, they may offer you a trade.

If you remain ambiguous, but show a great deal of interest in both positions, you may scare teams from both situations into trying to trade with you. The more buyers, the higher the take.

Also, if they are interested in Geno, and teams believe they are, the pro Geno teams may offer trades. You can then get an idea of where he'll be available, and trade down as far as possible with one of the OT needy teams, and still feel good about the chances of getting your guy, barring getting jumped in a trade.

He cant see them drafting Geno because why would you trade a second round pick and a third round pick for Alex if he isnt your guy.

If thats the only negative he can produce, Im as happy as a little girl...

More likely a team trades for an OT than Geno at this point.

Perfectly cool. Its the best QB situation we could possibly ever hope or ask for. And no, I will not call for Geno to take over in year one should Alex falter or get injured. That little midget from MU can earn his goddamn lumps at that point.

What part of "luxury pick" eludes you, Cockmon? Remember all that FA activity? Groove on our Penii, bitch.

Makes sense. 3 stud OT's available, 1 QB. I can see why you'd want to move up to the #1 pick for the less important position with mulitple studs available.

KCrockaholic 04-02-2013 10:13 PM

Regardless of if he goes #1, I can guarantee Geno Smith will go in the top 3.

melbar 04-02-2013 10:20 PM

The best situation for us is if everyone thinks the Jaguars want Geno. If they think ee want him they may try to pry him, but if we believed in him why would we trade?
