The 49ers were in a lot of tough games down the stretch after feasting on weak sisters the first half of the season. Six of the last eight games of the season were decided on the last snap of the game. The team was clutch and is battle tested. That said, we were three plays from being undefeated and another three plays from dropping to 10-6.

With a bye after week 3, the defense started to leak oil after Halloween with injuries and better competition but has tightened up with the return of Tartt, Alexander and your friend Dee. It's a fast unit that's very disciplined.

The offense has been pretty steady all year in spite of fighting off a string of short and long-term injuries. A lot of us were very worried when we lost our center Richburg for the year in New Orleans, but Garland has been pretty impressive in relief. Garoppolo has been efficient but seems prone to one bonehead throw per game, usually early in the game, then he settles down.

Just taking a simplistic look at results vs. three common opponents, there's something to take away for both fan bases. KC beat the Ravens at home, we lost in Baltimore. KC lost at GB, we beat them at home (twice). We both handled the Vikings.

Unless the 49ers simply lay an egg (something they haven't come close to doing all year), some of you talking blow-out are dreaming. Safe to assume they stick with what's been working for us what worked for Indy in week five. Run the ball about 40 times, play clean and keep the ball the hell away from Mahomes.

As a Niner fan I think we're playing with house money because we're at least a year ahead of schedule arriving as a legit contender, but kinda caught lightning in a bottle in 2019. So here we are. The team will show up ready as they have all year.

The Chiefs are a great match-up and it's going to be a great game.

Intelligent post with civility and fair perspective. No way you’re a Niners fan.

Keep doubting Mahomes. He has done nothing but prove all the doubters wrong for many years. Your team might win, but it will be a competitive game. I hope your team is as arrogant as you are.

23-10 vs AFC this year. All the AFC had was old Tom Brady and the ravens. Just cause you beat the ravens in regular season doesn’t mean you could do better than 10-6 in the NFC.

SOFT!! That’s why you choke every year? When’s the last time you won anything? Oh, that’s right.

Chiefs didn't have Mahomes vs GB FYI.

Or vs the Vikings

Don’t doubt mahomes. He’s elite.

Doubt your defense, your head coach and your entire conference. You haven’t played anyone as good as the niners this year and when you have, you scored mid 20s vs pats, Vikings and bears

Elite investigative work, Magnum. You wanna take a guess at the Chiefs record vs the NFC this year? Seems pretty similar to the 49ers record vs the AFC. Oh, but here’s one, let’s do winning percentage vs the other conference with our starting QB’s playing.

Now run back under Fisherman’s Wharf or whatever part of the city you’re homeless in.

Thank you . . . It's true. I know we have some emotional trolls but they do mean well.

VAGOMO 4 LIFE! 01-22-2020 12:39 AM

Remember at the beginning of the season when guys weren’t playing as a team and trying to play as themselves. Seems like Honey Badger turned that all around and Frank Clark is following him

They could have scored 40 on the Bears. They had total control of that game and they used ball control offense. Lot of running clock on purpose. Mahomes was not even there for the Vikings game (or the Packers game). They had a high school teacher at QB for those games.

Like when we shit stomped the **** out of you last year? Hows that for choking? It was like 35-7 in the 4th. But soft you say. Before you say that's not relevant because it was last year, so is everything you're saying about the chiefs. We didn't have our starting MVP QB for two games and still got to the SB. This team is anything but soft.

This clown won't be back after we win next week. Like the rest of the trolls. So while your here enjoy the L **** wad.
