Well, some fans do.....

Personally, I just think he is an average QB. I think he better than about half the starting QB's in the league.... but he isn't elite.

Basically, about what Carson Palmer is. Only, Cassel has had better numbers in two of the last three full seasons, and is on pace to be better than Palmer has averaged over the last five years.

I was really surprised when I looked at the numbers. I knew Palmer had been pretty pedestrian as a QB of late, but I didn't realize how well Cassel compared to him.

He's a name. A guy to get fairweather fans excited. A guy they can win a title with in Madden, but not in the real world.

The Raiders are very banged up. Cornerback Chris Johnson (groin) is out. A number of questionable Raiders missed practice Friday:

RB Rock Cartwright (calf), K Sebastian Janikowski (left hamstring), LB Rolando McClain (ankle), RB Marcel Reece (ankle), and DT Richard Seymour (knee) all did not practice.

Bout the same as 2 weeks ago against the Texans with the exception of Seabass... Roland will play Seymour will play Reece should be back this week Really missing Chris Johnson though.
