I love the "well, he looks like a hick and now he's in the Midwest so he fits right in" comment. I remember going to new York a few years ago and I kid you not, a new yorker asked me if we had Internet in kansas. A dead serious question. Most of the idiotic comments you see are from new yorkers who think new York is a country. Like North Korea. Nothing exist outside of it.

okcchief 10-30-2015 10:11 PM

I've said all year I don't like Franklin Morales in big spots and him shitting himself tonight didn't help that. He should only be used in games that are out of reach or to bring in against one hitter who blows against lefties. Medlen should have been used in that spot. You take yourself out of a game and still burn through the rest of your bullpen.

That being said the Royals have won a road game in every playoff series so far. I'm confident they'll take 1 of 2 in NY and at least bring it home up 3-2.. I'll stick with Royals in 6.

okcchief 10-30-2015 10:13 PM

There have been lots of Mets fans that have been cool. There are some major assholes and dipshits who are Royals fans too. You jokers and your fan wars. JFC.

RedDread 10-30-2015 10:15 PM

Well, that sucked. Terrible NL management by Yost. Get em tomorrow boys!

Awful comment, but I've seen comments on this site worse.

Murphy had 2 pitches thrown high and in. It's baseball. I'm shocked a team that has thrown at people this year would be this butthurt over it.

I could see if this happened 4-5 times in the game, but 1 pitch? C'mon now.

a pp roach 10-30-2015 10:28 PM

Ooh pitcher with the math skills! Flashayyyy

RealSNR 10-30-2015 10:28 PM

Reasons some people choose not to live in New York:

1. Owning a house
2. Owning a car
3. Breathing oxygen
4. Not having to look at hobos doing indecent acts on the way to work every morning and evening
5. Not having to share bodily fluids with your neighbor
6. Speaking a dialect that doesn't make you sound like an ill-educated jackass
7. Retaining possession of your soul
8. Sanity

But sure enough, we all became KC sports fans and live in the midwest because we weren't smart enough or good enough or WORTHY enough to pay out the ****ing ass so we can lead a miserable existence in NEW ****ING YORK!
