Well in one case you have an audio tape with a questionable statement that could possibly have been explained with some type of evidence (other texts etc...) to back up your claim it was a financial threat,

In the other case you have video of a completely shit faced player instigate an argument and push a guy to the ground who has already been in trouble and suspended once.

I have not seen a confirmed date but it seems to be public knowledge that he will after the 8 hour meeting and investigation.
