More action in the first two episodes than all of last season combined. Excellent. I'm tempering my enthusiasm with wait-and-see on how the post-GRRM story line parts written by HBO plays out through the rest of the season. It's a fine line between the well written, adult-level fantasy of GRRM and goofy tripe for the masses aka True Blood.

I laughed at the look of the Lannister house guard's face when he dodged the bullet of having to take on the Zombie Mountain, lol.

ROFL I thought for a minute she was going to have him shred them and then stroll over to the scept. But the good news for the HBO sell out fear guys is that throughout, she's always started nice and gets ****ing vicious later. |

Another thing I found interesting was Tyrion's words to Rhaegal. Rhaegal was the smallest dragon born of the three and Tyrion said something along the lines of: "It doesn't have to be a big one; it can be small, like me. . . they said you didn't exist, but here you are!"
Could be interpreted as him claiming his dragon :hmmm: |
I thought Tyrion was supposed to get Viserion? Rhaegal was supposed to go with Jon.
Or maybe I just assumed that. |

So much foreshadowing too. |

What's more likely, that Tyrion is the third rider? Or that the lady with Bran is and is also Jons twin sister?
