Porzingis gets 40 and the Knicks win after being down by 19 in the 4th against the Pacers. The guy is for real.
And Lebron didn’t score 50+ so naturally the Cavs lose at home to the 1 win Hawks who were missing half their team. I don’t think you can chalk up the Cavs issues as being bored they have some other stuff going on I think. |

And thank you Cavs for trading Kyrie. He is so much better than IT and quickly becoming one of my favorite players. He has been all money so far

Suns trading Eric Bledsoe to the Bucks for Greg Monroe and a 1st rd pick
I haven’t been impressed with the Bucks this year so far I thought they would be better. |

Giannis on his own is enough to keep Milwaukee outside of the bottom 10 in all likelihood and Monroe has very little value to a team looking to play uptempo and build around it's young scorers. Can Monroe evey play alongside Chandler? If he does, you're stunting Chriss. And it's not like they really have a long-term plan for Monroe either. Hell, they actually have a 35 yr old Chandler under contract for LONGER than they get Monroe. I guess they're just hoping to pump/dump Monroe as well but you're maybe looking at a last 1st; more likely early 2nd. They really could not have botched the Eric Bledsoe/Isaiah Thomas/Goran Dragic thing any worse than they did. They managed to turn 3 very good young PGs on favorable contracts into a 1st in '17 (probably in the 10-12 range from the Heat), a 1st in '18 (probably the same from the Bucks) a 1st in 2021 (Heat; who cares?) and whatever they get from a Monroe deal. That's remarkable in a league where picks outside of the top 5 are generally complete crap shoots and anything outside of the top 15 will get traded away just to clear a bad salary off the books. |
Whatever happened to Greg Monroe? Looked like an up and coming big man averaging 15/10 and then the Bucks just decided they didn't want to play him minutes anymore. Only 27.

Who...y'know...sucks. I guess they're just trying to play as athletic as possible with Giannis being a true freak (one of O.City's unicorns). Monroe is a true 5; an old-school center with good back to the basket skills. Nice feet and soft hands around the rim. He's just not a stretch kind of player at all. But shit, Kidd was in Milwaukee when they signed him. So what the hell did they think they were getting? Would the Celtics be interested? Would he be an upgrade on Morris? Slide him to the 5 and put Horford at the 4. He's a short term add but with Heyward down, he might make an interesting addition for Boston if they can make the salary work (no idea if that's feasible). |

Good team win for the Cavs tonight and the Bucks really need Bledsoe because outside of the Greek freak they don’t have anyone that can get their own shot.
