He has won the conference the last 3 years running if I'm not mistaken Sorry for the titangraph. Hope Mizzou hires anyone else Central hadn't made the ncaa tourney since 96/97 before Anderson so the last thing I want is to see him leave |
Sounds like all that is bs which is good
http://www.stltoday.com/sports/colle...df7f24e37.html Also, Reports: Tyndall is Tennessee men’s basketball coach • Donnie Tyndall of Southern Miss will be the 19th Tennessee men’s basketball coach, according to multiple reports published late Monday night. |
I would like to think Anderson is a fall back option is best only if the candidates that MU really want say no ... I can think of ten coaches I'd want before looking into this option.
That hire doesn't excite me at all. |
@GabeDeArmond: Columbia Missouri reporting Gregg Marshall, Kim Anderson, Matt Painter the three finalists for #Mizzou job: http://t.co/bkfK842zY6

LMAO at Matt painter
That would be a Mizzou bedshit move He is available now because he went 55% after using Mizzou to get an extension |
Wasn't it just yesterday that MU had yet to contact GM?
|
Painter doesn't sound like he would be the worst hire at all.

If you'd told me 3 days ago that Alden would leak a final 3 candidates and Matt Painter would a) be included in them; b) NOT be the worst candidate (by far), I would have slapped you. |
I'm still not buying the Kim Anderson talk, but I also don't think he'd be as bad as some of the perpetual haters think. A lot would depend on what kind of recruiters he has on his staff.
|
Well, good on them for at least contacting coach Marshall.
I still don't see it, but he would be the best by far. |
I have read Brian Gregory's name tossed around more then I'd like to see it.

Painter's stock fallen? I haven't heard much from Purdue since he got an extension
|
If Kim Anderson is hired we might as well join the MAC for basketball.
